When she wakes up from a nap, I think, “Oh, no.” I try to clean a few juice spills and put away some clothes while she sleeps. Her little voice calling out means that my efforts to get something done will have to wait.
Then I open the door and see her. The sticky floor can wait.
What a sweet picture. Love what you wrote. I think every parent faces that. I clean up late at night after the kids are in bed and wake up to my kids throwing it all back. Life it good!
Somehow those sweet fuzzy faces make all that housework seem a thing of the past. What a cutie!
